A simple way to view and segregate the complex JSON Hello Peeps, Welcome back to another blog 😉. I hope everything is going well for you. Many people prefer the JSON format for APIs, databases, and other applications for a variety of reasons. Some JSON requests or responses are simple and only contain a few objects. On numerous occasions, you may be required to handle a complex response. I wrote a blog about parsing complex responses before using https://jsonpathfinder.com/ In most cases, however, you will need to further investigate your JSON payload or responses for various reasons and analytical purposes. Are you a visual learner or a fan of mind maps? Then you will undoubtedly fall in love with this tool ❤️ JSON Crack I recently came across this tool and found it’s worth sharing with the community 👓 Once you land on the home page, click “GO TO EDITOR” Now you will see a sample JSON beatified and visualized. How to build an impressive LinkedIn profile

Tips to improve your LinkedIn profile and make it attractive

LinkedIn is one of the best professional platform where you get an opportunity to meet and greet people around the globe.

To use it clever or not, it’s up to you. Personally I was building my profile over the last two years. I used to explore the options in LinkedIn and made my profile to look in a better way than before. I just thought of sharing my own lessons to you. Here you go!

  1. Add your full name to your account. You have option to add “Nick” name as well.
  2. Add a headshot professional picture of yours.
  3. Update the cover picture. It can be related to your nature of work or your brand/organization logo.
  4. Write a standout “Bio/Headline”. For instance I made mine in a JSON format to express my love towards API. The roles are best in describing me. I added “Mom” since that’s my top priority role, and it helped many Moms to connect with me easily. Many of friends/connections updated their bio after me as well :-)
{"aboutMe" : "Mom ★ Postman Supernova ★ AWS Community Builder ★ Blogger ★ API Enthusiast ★ Community Contributor ★ Learner ★ Speaker ★ Enabler", "role" : "Passionate Test Engineer", "currentLocation" : "Malaysia"}

5. Try “Creator mode” and add your choice of interests.

6. Use the “About me” section as an “Elevator Pitch”.

7. Add your work experience with clear job roles. Describe the roles and responsibilities under every role. You have an option to add the link/media to every role. Add the supporting documents here if required.

8. Update your “Education” details.

9. Under “Licenses & certifications”, add the certification details. You can add the “Badges” received as well.

10. Update the “Skills” section based our expertise. You can up to “50” skills. This is one of the key fields used by “Recruiters”. So if you are searching for a job, use it wisely. LinkedIn provides some skill quiz, and if you are passing the assesment you get a badge.

You can also get endorsement for the skills from your leads/co-workers.

11. Ask for “Recommendations” and also write recommendations to your team. This is my personal favorite. This section is my dose of motivation.

12. If you received any “Awards”/ “Honors”, feel free to add them here:

13. You have the option to edit/customize the profile URL. I still notice many people are using the default profile URL generated by LinkedIn (For instance https://www.linkedin.com/in/pricilla-80264). You can actually customize it based on your name/profession/area of interest.

Click the “Public profile & URL”.

New page is launched as below. Edit your custom URL.

14. Use the “Featured” section sensibly. You can add your articles links, posts, etc. which you feel like “brandishing”. You can order them here, because only few are listed in the “Preview”.

15. Utilize the “Volunteering” section for providing the details other than your full-time job. This is “value-add” section to your profile.

Isn't cool? It takes quite some time. But trust me, its all worth it. A good profile helps in your personal branding. Not only LinkedIn, any account you use either personal or professional follow the simple rules and complete your profile. This reflects your personal discipline.

We should treat our resumes with top-priority. But everything cannot be quoted in there. That’s where a well-built “LinkedIn” profile will help you.

What do you get out of it?

  1. Better visibility
  2. Provides better clarity to your connections about you and your work
  3. Recruiters might find your profile interesting
  4. You might get other external opportunities and collaborations
  5. Better reach in your organization
  6. Opportunity to inspire others
  7. Connecting with other influential people

I believe you are all right now,
